Description
Located in the Orlu Valley, 5 km from Ax-les-Thermes, in a set of 20 chalets on the "Les Ioules" campsite at 850 m altitude.
A privileged and ideal location for cosy holidays at the gates of the Orlu National Wildlife Reserve
This chalet, completely renovated and meeting energy standards, has an area of 45 m². Classified 3 keys by CléVacances, it can accommodate 4 people.
CHALET DESCRIPTION
On the ground floor there is: A room comprising: the lounge (1 sofa), the dining area (1 table and 4 chairs, 1 flat-screen television) the kitchenette (1 combined fridge/freezer, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 1 oven, induction hob, 1 washing machine, 1 coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 kettle, crockery/cutlery and kitchen utensils, 1 raclette and fondue set). The whole provides access to a furnished terrace with a table and 2 benches, 2 deckchairs, with a very pleasant view of the mountain.
One bedroom (2 single beds), a separate toilet.
Upstairs there is: a bedroom (1 double bed with a desk area), a bathroom with shower and toilet. The beds are equipped with duvets (with duvet covers).
WiFi: free. Ski or bike storage. Parking for one vehicle is provided for each accommodation.
SUPPLEMENTS
Electric heating: 15 Kw/h included in the price
(any additional Kw/h used will be payable at the end of your stay at the current EDF tariff rate)
Baby cot: £10 / booking - Bed linen: £10 / bed – Towels (1 large + 1 small: £6)
End of stay cleaning: £120 / booking. Complete package: £150.
These supplements must be arranged at the time of booking or at the latest 15 days before the start of your stay.
